Agua Fresca at Side Hustle at NoMad London

For a fresh, sun-soaked sip without the alcohol, the Aqua Fresca at NoMad London’s Latin American–inspired bar, Side Hustle is a standout. This nonalcoholic blend pairs delicately floral hibiscus with warming chai spice, bright orange, and a silky touch of Greek yoghurt for a softly creamy finish.

- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Three Spirit LivenerÂ
- .75 oz Orange Juice
- .75 oz Hibiscus Cranberry Syrup
- 1.5 oz Chai Yoghurt
- Ice: Crushed
- Glass: Nick & NoraÂ
- Garnish: Skewered Cherry
Pour all ingredients into a shaking tin, whip shake together with crushed ice until the ice is completely melted. Garnish with an orange wheel.Â
Clean Slate at Bon Vivants

- ¼ oz Licor 43

Shake in a cocktail shaker and strain into a Couple glass.
Pear-ple Rain at The Alchemist

A shimmering blend of pear liqueur and honey syrup that swirls into deep indigo hues, releasing a misty charm worthy of a magician’s spell.
Recipe
- .5 oz Pear LiqueurÂ
- .5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1.5 oz Prosecco
- 3 Indigo Drops
- Ice: Cube
- Glass: Highball
- Garnish: Dry Ice (optional)
Add the pear liqueur, Honey syrup and Prosecco to a Boston shaker along with some ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds. Strain. Garnish with a few indigo drops and a couple of pellets of dry ice on top of the drink.
Margarita Plata by Clase Azul

Clase Azul’s Margarita Plata is full of flavor – tequila Plata, agave nectar, and Naranjito, a macerated orange liqueur, come together and are garnished with edible flowers. This elevated cocktail is perfect for brunch, garden gatherings, or a late winter sip with spring on the horizon.

- .5 oz Agave nectar
- 1 oz Naranjito

Pour Clase Azul Tequila Plata, agave nectar and naranjito in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Serve in a salt-rimmed Old Fashioned glass. Decorate with flowers.
Mango Margarita by Chinola

Chinola’s Mango Margarita is a bright, tropical cocktail perfect for the shift from winter to spring. Featuring Chinola Mango Liqueur, tequila or mezcal, fresh lime, and a touch of agave, it’s balanced with optional spicy bitters for a subtle kick.

- 1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
- 2 oz Tequila or Mezcal

- 1.5 oz. Aged Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Atheras Sykophilos Liqueur
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .75 oz. Demerara Syrup
- Club Soda (to top)
- Glass: Highball

In a shaker, combine all the ingredients except for the club soda. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Carefully double strain the cocktail into a highball glass. Top off with club soda and garnish with a caramelized fig.

- .25 oz Amarena cherry liqueur
- .5 oz Lime
- 1 oz Homemade Cola
- 1 oz El Tequileño Blanco
- 1 oz Averna
- Ice: Cube
- Glass: Highball
- Garnish: Lime wedge
Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake well, rim highball glass with salt/pink peppercorn/smoked salt mixture, pour shaken ingredients over top pre rimmed highball glass over ice, top with soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
The People’s Margarita by Teremana Tequila
