RHC is proud to announce the formation of its Diversity Council, which aims to foster action, understanding and advocacy for the value of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility throughout all of RHC’s internal and external efforts globally.
A direct reflection of the agency’s company-wide values, RHC’s Diversity Council will focus efforts around four key pillars: learning and education, community outreach, new business development and hiring, and agency culture.
On a day-to-day basis, the council hosts an open agency forum to discuss relevant news and industry efforts. The council hosts formal monthly meetings in which team members volunteer their time to discuss issues and ongoing initiatives. On an annual basis, RHC’s Diversity Council aims to develop a report outlining the agency’s efforts and goals for the coming year fostering transparency surrounding DEIA in the PR industry.
