Marking the final piece of The Joseph Hotel’s award-winning culinary and beverage program, the cocktail bar draws inspiration from founder Joel Pizzuti’s Italian-American heritage, with whispers of Spaghetti Western cinematography as an homage to classic cowboy culture in a textured, design-forward ambiance. Opening with a tribute to the song “Four Walls” by the late American country music singer-songwriter and a founder of the Nashville sound, Jim Reeves, the menu features signature, refined cocktails. Adding a touch of Italy, “La Famiglia Negroni” features nine variations of the timeless cocktail, while the “Old Favorites” honor forgotten classics with a house twist. Italy’s beloved Aperitivo hour shines in Four Walls’ Quick Hands menu which offers an elevated assortment of shareable snacks celebrating the flavors of Nashville and Italy, and quality underscores every decision and shapes every drink prepared behind the blood-red, Rosso Levanto Italian marble bar.
