Library by the Sea is Grand Cayman’s premier specialty cocktail bar, located in the lobby of the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. By day, Library by the Sea is a sunlit sanctuary for a friendly drink and a little inspiration. By night, they offer a curated list of expertly crafted cocktails influenced by the unmistakable experience of losing yourself in a great story: memorable images, unforgettable characters, and yes: sometimes, even a surprise ending. With narrative taking center stage, Library by the Sea serves up creative inspiration and a depth of connectivity in its menus, as well as engaging staff that will be sure to leave a lasting impression on all who embark on the journey. The brainchild of Kimpton Seafire’s Beverage Manager, industry veteran Jim Wrigley, the menu is a collection of narrative-driven drinkable stories, inspired by works of beloved literature, music, art, and film.
