With spectacular views of the lush jungle during the day, the evenings transform into an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, providing an intimate destination under an architecturally notable grass and bamboo thatched roof, or Alang-alang. The seasonal menu offers a la carte dining options for lunch and dinner, as well as the Royal Balinese Rijsttafel tasting menu, showcasing the finest of Indonesian cuisine over ten-courses of succulent dishes prepared using traditional Indonesian methods. Piano performances occur several evenings a week at Cascades Bar and traditional dance shows take place weekly.
