Located in the former Bow Street Police Station (home of the Bow Street Runners – England’s first official police force), Side Hustle is a vibrant yet relaxed space, with a menu of inventive dishes and world-class cocktails influenced by the flavours of Latin America. Inspired by NoMad London’s team’s creative passion for Latin American cuisine, the menu highlights seasonal British ingredients with traditional Latin American techniques and preparation. Named Best International Hotel Bar in the 2025 Spirited Awards, Side Hustle’s cocktail program, under the direction of Head of Bars Maxim Schulte, further showcases the flavours and traditions of Latin America along with classic and contemporary British, European and American offerings.
