The Campaign: Unconventional and Free-Spirited Culture
Weaving the warmth of a village inn with the service of a luxury hotel, Greydon House is an icon of provocative design, exposing Moroccan, Portuguese, and Chinese influences underneath Nantucket's traditional clapboard and shingles. We go beyond the nautical cliches to reveal Nantucket's whimsical and wild side.
Case Study: Greydon House x GANT
When RHC helped launch Greydon House in 2016, we wanted to position the property as the leading design hotel on Nantucket. We collaborated with ownership on a one-of-a-kind fashion partnership with heritage brand GANT that connected the property with its historic New England roots. By coming up with the idea to have GANT, the brand that coined the term "preppy," design the hotel's uniforms, we created an interesting story to tell the media, as well as an authentic brand partnership.
To drive coverage, RHC launched a targeted media campaign that allowed journalists and influencers to be re-introduced to the GANT collection. We reached beyond travel and design, targeting fashion and lifestyle media to firmly bolster Greydon House’s reputation among the fashion set.
