Situated inside the award-winning The Joseph Hotel in Nashville, Yolan is a fine-dining Italian concept named after The Joseph’s founder, Joel Pizzuti’s grandmother, Yolanda. Led by James Beard Award-winning chef, Tony Mantuano, Yolan’s menu is a celebration of Italy’s vast culinary landscape rooted in seasonality and local fare. Chef Tony’s wife, Cathy Mantuano oversees Yolan’s wine program which boasts a robust and evergreen selection of celebrated and emerging vineyards from Italy and across the globe. An elevated in-house pastry program is led by emerging pastry chef, Noelle Marchetti, whose modern techniques and artful presentation yields elevated expressions of nostalgic recipes. Yolan was recently recognized in Food & Wine’s 11 Best Restaurants for Ambiance and 10 Best Restaurants in the U.S.
