TONANA is San Miguel de Allende’s newest bar destination, located on the rooftop of Casa Hoyos. Launching Spring 2026, TONANA is a tribute to the mother goddess Tonantzin, honoring the memory of the earth and its ancient healers. The cocktail program marries ancestral flavors with contemporary techniques, created with infusions of aromatic plants and distillates reminiscent of sacred fire and botanical essences, invigorating both the body and spirit.
