The Joseph

The Joseph is a Luxury Collection hotel located in downtown Nashville. Opened in 2020, by real estate developer Joel Pizzuti, the 430,00 square foot property pays homage to his Italian grandfather, Joseph Pizzuti, bringing to life the family’s Tennessean and Italian heritage with an experience rooted in art, cuisine and hospitality. Designed by renowned interior designer, INC Architecture & Design (TWA Hotel and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge), The Joseph boasts 297 rooms and a meticulously curated art program that reflects Pizzuti’s mission of blending two cultures with a unified aesthetic. Along with standout design, The Joseph is home to two distinct culinary concepts helmed by celebrated chefs. Yolan, the property’s fine dining Italian concept is led by Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chef, Tony Mantuano. Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti leads the restaurant’s bread and pastry programs which recently earned her a nomination for James Beard’s Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker category. The Joseph’s rooftop bar, Denim, is located on the 21st floor and boasts sweeping views of Nashville serving elevated American cuisine and seasonally inspired craft cocktails. Tucked within the hotel is Four Walls, a forthcoming lounge slated to add a sophisticated layer to Nashville’s rich cocktail culture that we look forward to sharing more details on in the near future.
