Seirēn

Seirēn brings the coastal spirit of Spain and Portugal’s conservas tradition to New York’s Chelsea neighborhood. Conceived by Elvis Rosario and Nicholas Semkiw of SRV Hospitality (founding partners of Chica & The Don, Bellhop, Las’ Lap NYC and Miami), the concept draws inspiration from Rosario and Semkiw’s travels across the Iberian Peninsula. Seirēn’s menu begins with premium conservas like Galician Mussels in Escabeche, Smoked Sardines, and Tuna Belly in Walnut Pesto joined by a selection of tapas such as Pan con Tomate, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Crab, and Seafood Salpicón. The accompanying beverage program, helmed by bar veteran Candice Coy, features Mediterranean-inspired cocktails, vermouth-forward spritzes and coastal classics.
