Monkey Thief

Monkey Thief is a new cocktail bar from partners Avi Singh, Rishi Rajpal, and David Muhs – the team behind Sama Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The bar is inspired by the trio’s upbringings and travels throughout Asia, Monkey Thief offers a vibrant, inventive menu of cocktails and small plates infused by the flavors of destinations like China, Vietnam, Thailand, India and beyond. The 60-seat space evokes the jungles as well as bustling night markets in Asia, featuring a bright and warm design filled with lush greenery, anchored by copper adornments, large windows, and a bright purple neon sign.
