Cocktail Omakase

Cocktail Omakase is a refined cocktail tasting experience on New York’s Lower East Side, developed by Cocktail Kingdom Hospitality Group in collaboration with Tokyo’s Bar Libre (No. 49 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars). Centered around a 12-seat counter, the concept brings the omakase format to cocktails, guiding guests through a multi-course tasting that blends Japanese precision with New York’s energy. Menus change bi-weekly and are offered in non-alcoholic, low-ABV, and full-proof formats, each paired with complementary bites. The space also includes Bar 7, an intimate seven-seat bar offering an à la carte experience, alongside a lower-level lounge. Cocktail Omakase functions as an ongoing exchange between Tokyo and New York, with regular residencies from the Bar Libre team.
