Founded by Naama and Assaf Tamir (the brother-sister duo behind Lighthouse BK) and renowned bartender Steve Schneider (Sip & Guzzle, The Odd Couple), Birds combines real hospitality, classic cocktails, and unforgettable sound. A felt board displays 20 classic cocktails—martinis, Manhattans, and more—with no original creations, no menus, and no fluff, all reasonably priced at $16. Birds feels both timeless and essential, with the focus squarely on the music and the community that comes together to celebrate it.
