Culture, Champagne and a Little Bit of Chaos: How Rachel Harrison Communications Won 2025

By Team RHC

Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s measured in trust, in long-term partnerships, and in the quiet confidence that comes from doing the work well — consistently. For Rachel Harrison Communications, 2025 was a year defined by exactly that kind of momentum.

This past year, RHC was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, marking a significant milestone for the agency and reflecting sustained growth across its global business.

Previously recognized by the Financial Times as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies, the Inc. 5000 distinction underscores the agency’s steady expansion and the strength of its client relationships over the past five years.

The recognition followed another proud moment: being named PR Net Next Gen’s Agency of the Year for the second consecutive year, making RHC the first agency to receive the honor twice in a row. Most recently, the agency was recognized as one of Ragan and PR Daily’s top agencies of 2025.

Turning Strategy into Stories

Founded in 2020 by Rachel Harrison, RHC has grown into a global hospitality and lifestyle communications agency headquartered in New York City, with offices in London and Los Angeles, and outposts in Paris, Las Vegas, and Mexico City.

“Our clients trust us to tell their stories thoughtfully and creatively,” says founder Rachel Harrison. “This year reinforced the value of collaboration — when teams work closely together, the results are meaningful and lasting.”

In 2025, RHC supported clients across the hospitality spectrum, securing more than 100 ‘Best Of’ distinctions, while four hotel clients retained MICHELIN Keys and restaurant and chef partners collectively retained six MICHELIN stars.

One of the year’s standout projects included partnering with Chef Dominique Crenn on the launch of Monsieur Dior Beverly Hills, Dior’s first U.S. restaurant, bringing together fashion, food, and storytelling on Rodeo Drive.

Honoring Icons and Creating New Moments

In New York, RHC became agency of record for Meadow Lane, the Tribeca specialty grocer quickly earning a reputation as one of the city’s most talked-about openings. The team also supported milestone moments for long-standing hospitality institutions, including the 20th anniversaries of Employees Only and Attaboy.

For Raoul’s50th anniversary, RHC led strategic partnerships with Moda Operandi and Levi’s and conducted media outreach that culminated in a large-scale celebration and a retrospective feature in Vanity Fair. In the West Village, the agency launched Beatbox, a technology-driven karaoke concept, with coverage including a feature in The New York Times.

Hospitality Meets Fashion and Culture

Around the Met Gala and New York Fashion Week, RHC worked at the intersection of hospitality and fashion through partnerships between Law Roach and The Dominick SoHo, and LaQuan Smith and Park Lane New York. These collaborations extended beyond single moments, creating layered experiences that blended design, culture, and place.

Elevating the Bar Scene

RHC also continued its work with some of the most respected bar teams in the world. In 2025, SUPERBUENO ranked #1 in the U.S. on North America’s 50 Best Bars, while co-founder Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez received the James Beard Award for Outstanding Professional in Cocktail Service.

RHC also supported the meteoric rise of West Village hotspot Sip & Guzzle, which in just two years has amassed more than ten of the major industry accolades. These include top rankings on The World’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s 50 Best Bars lists, as well as being named Best New U.S. Cocktail Bar at the 2025 Spirited Awards by Tales of the Cocktail. Meanwhile, long-time RHC client Side Hustle at NoMad London was crowned World’s Best Hotel Bar at the same ceremony. In 2025, twelve RHC clients appeared on North America’s 50 Best Bars list overall, reflecting the agency’s deep ties within the global bar community.

A Global Perspective

Across its international offices, RHC maintained a strong focus on locally grounded storytelling with global reach.

In Los Angeles, the team produced a fourth year of globally recognized pop-ups, including Black Lagoon and Krampus’ Cove, activating in more than 40 markets worldwide. The LA office also partnered with Hotel Figueroa ahead of its upcoming centennial and collaborated with brands including Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour, HBO, and Bravo.

In London, RHC led PR for Diageo’s World Class Cocktail Competition and the inaugural World Class Cocktail Festival, launched the viral dining concept Senza Fondo, and supported projects ranging from the opening of Twenty8 NoMad to the UK relaunch of Café Patrón and the opening of the country’s first Negroni Bar at The Alchemist with Campari.

Looking Ahead

As RHC enters 2026, the agency remains focused on thoughtful growth, long-term partnerships, and work that reflects the evolving hospitality landscape. With new launches, expansions, and collaborations ahead, the team continues to approach each project with the same balance of creativity, care, and clarity that has shaped the agency since day one.

Quiet confidence. Strong partnerships. Meaningful impact.
