The Ski Lodge by Spiegelworld

Tucked away on Level 2 of the Chelsea Tower inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the unmarked Ski Lodge requires a sense of adventure (or a bit of insider knowledge) to find. Once inside, guests are transported to a wintry parallel universe where the lights are always low, the pizza, drinks and good times flow and every day is a snow day. Beyond its wildly immersive winter cabin aesthetic, the Ski Lodge boasts Las Vegas’s most sophisticated (and delicious) cocktail and pizza offerings. The cocktail program, overseen by Spiegelworld’s Executive of Beverage, Niko Novick, is a spirited mix of elevated classics and seasonally-inspired rotating classics while the signature frico-crusted square pizzas come courtesy of Executive Chef Mitch Emge.
