Situated within walking distance to the historic town of Callicoon and the Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery, The Boarding House at Seminary Hill is a warm and modern interpretation of a Catskills classic. The two meticulously restored buildings, The Upper House and The Lower House, carry over 100 years of history with original restored elements throughout, reminiscent of when generations of Doetsch family members housed boarders during the summer months. The Boarding House features 17 bedrooms across eight separate apartment units.
