Raoul’s

A SoHo institution, Raoul’s has held court on Prince Street since 1975, serving up French bistro classics like Steak au Poivre Oysters, and Foie Gras Terrine. Opened by Alsatian brothers Serge and Guy Raoul, the restaurant quickly became a haunt for artists, writers, rockstars and romantics — and remains one of New York’s most iconic dining rooms to this day with its smoky mirrors, tin ceilings, and art-lined walls. Today, Raoul’s is helmed by Serge’s son, Karim Raoul, alongside longtime Executive Chef David Honeysett, who has shaped the kitchen for nearly two decades. Elegant yet unpretentious, Raoul’s continues to define what it means to dine in downtown New York — with impeccable food, a magnetic crowd, and a classic atmosphere. Raoul’s was recently featured in a documentary in partnership with Resy, titled “Raoul’s, A New York Story.”
