Mission Ceviche

Mission Ceviche is a popular Upper East Side restaurant that pays homage to Peruvian cuisine with extensive ceviche offerings and an array of dishes combining modern techniques with traditional flavors and preparations. Created by Chef Jose Luis Chavez and Brice Mastroluca, Mission Ceviche started as a small stall in Gansevoort Market serving a fast-casual menu of build-your-own-bowls. In 2019, the duo opened the full-service restaurant and found immediate critical success, earning a star from Pete Wells at the New York Times and a feature in the Michelin Guide. This year, Mission Ceviche is expanding downtown to a sprawling new location near Union Square that is set to become the largest Peruvian restaurant in all of Manhattan
