Mesiba

Mesiba is a lively Tel-Avivian inspired restaurant bringing vibrant Levantine cuisine to Williamsburg. Meaning “party’ in Hebrew, Mesiba captures the spirit of Bar Lab Hospitality’s founding partner Elad Zvi’s childhood memories of diverse and rich flavors of Israel, animated by the “breaking bread” culture of the Levant. Helmed by Executive Chef Eli Buli, the menu reimagines traditional dishes with a contemporary twist to feature interactive and grandiose presentations paired with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The innovative beverage program showcases a range of craft cocktails that pair perfectly with any dish, or enjoyed by itself. Each element comes together to create a dynamic dining experience in a design-forward atmosphere that pays homage to the electrifying energy of Tel Aviv.
