Margot Bar & Bistro, from the creators of Broken Shaker and 27Restaurant, opened on the ground floor of the iconic Flamingo Tower at 1504 Bay Road in South Beach in October 2024. Marking Bar Lab’s newest restaurant opening, the acclaimed hospitality company is excited to introduce Margot to the neighborhood, with a fresh seasonal menu featuring bold flavors, innovative beverages and a vibrant atmosphere. At Margot South Beach, the menu offers a seasonally-inspired selection of American favorites that cater to all tastes, from Ceviche with spicy aji amarillo and coconut, hand chopped Steak Tartar, Butterflied Branzino with heart-of-palm chimichurri, as well as favorites such as a classic Cheeseburger and a Wood Roasted Half Chicken. Margot’s cocktail menu showcases Bar Lab’s twist on classic cocktails, with creative takes like the Flamingo Mojito, Spicy Mango Margarita, and Fermented Pimm’s Cup.The menu also highlights premium spirits, a mix of traditional wines, a carefully crafted natural wine list, and a low-ABV cocktail selection. Guests can shop at their small wine shop or check out their curated take-out and delivery menu, catering to the discerning residents of Flamingo Towers and the surrounding neighborhood.
