HighLife is a new burger concept rooted in classic American flavors and nostalgia located in Manhattan’s iconic East Village neighborhood. Envisioned by the team behind Electric Burrito, Alex Thaboua and Will Wyatt, HighLife is located in the East Village and offers a fresh take on fast-casual burgers, hotdogs, and fries perfect for a mid-day meal or late-night bite. Menu highlights include the HighLife Signature Burger, which features a thin beef patty, American cheese, white onion, mustard, pickles, and a secret sauce on a classic potato bun, alongside Dill Pickle Queso Fries and a Queso Dog complete with salt and vinegar chips.
