Hello Hello is a bar and café located in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, offering a day-to-night experience built around great drinks, genuine hospitality, and an approachable, all-are-welcome atmosphere. Founded by hospitality veterans Luis Hernandez, Brendan Bartle and Robert Nieves —with consulting support from Dave Oz—the bar features a focused cocktail menu, house-made coffee liqueur from its on-site distillery, and a custom-built DJ booth supporting a strong music program.
