The beverage program, curated by Bar Manager and Director of Mixology Florian Thireau, showcases his expertise from celebrated bars across London and Paris, including The Zetter Townhouse, Buddha Bar, and Cheval Blanc. Set inside the vibrant Bar Crenn is Le Comptoir, a one-Michelin star, immersive tasting menu inspired by Chef Dominique Crenn’s travels and the season’s best produce and seafood. The experience is served to only 10 guests nightly, by the chef team, live at the counter. Atelier Crenn is the celebrated three-Michelin-starred restaurant from visionary Chef Dominique Crenn, renowned for redefining fine dining through her deeply personal concept of “poetic culinaria.” Opened in 2011, Atelier Crenn earned its first Michelin Star within its first year and made history in 2012 as the first U.S. restaurant led by a female chef to achieve two Michelin Stars. In 2018, Chef Crenn shattered records again, becoming the first female chef in the United States to earn three Michelin Stars. Atelier Crenn is equally acclaimed for its unwavering commitment to sustainability. The majority of Atelier Crenn’s produce is grown at Bleu Belle Farm, the restaurant’s biodynamic farm, where compost from the kitchen enriches the soil, closing the loop and supporting a self-sustaining ecosystem.
