Casa Lotos, an award-winning, premium sotol handcrafted in Chihuahua, Mexico, is introducing a new generation of drinkers to one of North America’s oldest spirits. Each bottle begins with a wild Dasylirion hand harvested by the fourth-generation Ruelas family. The plant is then cooked in a solar powered brick oven, fermented in native pine, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Rooted in Northern Mexican heritage and guided by responsible stewardship of the Chihuahuan Desert, Casa Lotos is a smooth, versatile spirit enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a craft cocktail.
